Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Yojked, provided by Yojked LLC. Please read them and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and use

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in provider, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse other users' data, or infringe others' rights. You must be at least 13 years old and in the United States to use Yojked. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you where required, and you must complete any applicable age and parental permission checks. Teen access remains unavailable while those checks are being prepared. People under 13 may not create an account or use the service.

Fitness and AI

Yojked is for general fitness information and recordkeeping. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Check that exercise is appropriate for your circumstances. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; review exercises, volume, and instructions before following a plan. You decide whether a suggested workout is suitable for you.

Community rules

Follow our community guidelines. Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, graphic violence, instructions for wrongdoing, deceptive claims, spam, or personal information without permission. Do not impersonate others. You must have the necessary rights to share content.

You retain ownership of your content. You give Yojked permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you choose and handle safety reports. Other users may save independent copies of training you publish. You can report content and block users in the app. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these rules and review appeals through support.

Yojked Pro subscriptions

The purchase screen shows the current benefits, price, billing period, and any applicable offer before you confirm. Pro renews automatically unless canceled through the store where you subscribed. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by that store's terms and applicable law. Canceling renewal normally preserves access until the current period ends. Deleting Yojked or your account does not cancel your subscription. Use the same Yojked account to access supported cross-platform benefits. Benefits, pricing, and availability may change with any notice required by law and the store.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Yojked available but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every generated suggestion is correct. Keep independent copies of information important to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and contact

You can stop using Yojked and request account deletion. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. Contact [email protected] for questions, disputes, or appeals. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required.

For an app downloaded from Apple, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies where applicable.
